1. About these terms

sunyung.com is operated by Zhanjiang Sunyung Industrial Co., Ltd., No. 6 Huagang Road, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China 524000 (“Sunyung”). By using the website you accept these terms. The website is intended for businesses (brands, retailers, wholesalers and other trade buyers).

2. Business accounts

Trade prices and the VIP catalogue are shown to verified business accounts. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse or close accounts, for example when details are false or the account is misused.

3. Product information

We describe products, materials and specifications as accurately as we can. Photos may differ slightly from the final product; custom (OEM/ODM) products are defined by the approved samples and the confirmed specification.

4. Quote requests and quotations

A quote request is not an order. A quotation states its own price, currency, price term (EXW or DDP), minimum quantity, lead time and validity date. A contract is formed only when both parties confirm the order in writing (for example a signed proforma invoice or purchase contract), which then prevails over these terms.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, payment is 50% deposit with the order and 50% before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T).

5. Ready-to-ship orders

Orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and stock. Prices are shown before checkout; shipping costs are confirmed by our team where marked. Payment is processed by PayPal.

6. Returns, defects and warranty

Please check the goods on arrival and tell our sales team about any damage or defect as soon as possible, with photos. Returns and replacements are agreed case by case. Our products carry a one-year warranty, unless the sales contract states otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (text, photos, videos, designs, logos) belongs to Sunyung or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Designs and logos you send us for custom products remain yours; you confirm you have the right to use them.

8. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Sunyung is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for products is governed by the sales contract.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are submitted to the Zhanjiang Arbitration Commission. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
