Custom projects

Can we start with an existing model?

Yes. Send the model number and the changes you have in mind. We use it as the starting point for your version.

Can I customise a product?

Yes. Leather type, colours, dimensions, logo and features can be developed around your brand. See OEM & ODM for how a custom project works.

Do you make samples before production?

Yes. You approve the physical sample and the specification before production starts.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs apply.

How long will it take to get my order?

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3 to 45 business days. Delivery details are provided in your confirmation email.

Who takes care of customs?

We do not accept responsibility for customs duties incurred.

How do I return an item I no longer want?
